This is one of my favorite creations lately, for a light but nutritious, protein-rich breakfast. And it’s super quickly made, so I often mix it together when I’m in a rush out of the house going to work in the morning…
I use:
1 (soy) yoghurt jar (200g)
1 handful of walnuts
2-3 soft dates
1 dried fig
juice of ½ a lemon
little (or a lot^^ of) honey if you like
I just chop all the ingredients and crumble them over my yoghurt. Yo can play around also with the ingredients, a must is the lemon for me as it helps me digest the yoghurt better and usually also a little honey to bring a warming quality to the cold yoghurt.. Ayurvedic style :)
You can also use ginger, cinnamon or other dicey to give it a peep and warming qualities.
Try it out and create your own!
Love,
Ruby
