It was actually the first time I put spinach in my smoothie and I loved how mild it is compared to kale or cabbages, so smooth really!
Also the spinach was really fresh from local produce that might enhance the nutritional value even more!!
Well anyways spinach has lot’s of minerals, like Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium and some chlorophyll waiting for your body to regenerate it! Muscles, bones and blood pressure will benefit from this smoothie! And anyways: You will feel the the light energy of the rawesome quality :D! At least I do!
However as usual- easy to make:
1 apple
1 banana
1 big handful fresh spinach (well washed!)
1 little piece of ginger
1tsp coconut oil
150ml fresh water (more if you wanna drink it)
Blend altogether in a high speed blender until creamy and smoothie:D!!
Sprinkle with your favorite toppings or drink it!
